Stanley's Chichester Service, originally published by Oecumuse, has now been re-published by Banks Music Publications. It is now professionally set and printed, and is available from Banks (see "Publishers" page for contact details).
Sample audio clips from the start of the Magnificat and Nunc Dimitis can be heard here (with the Web's usual "Lo-Fi" compressed audio - but it may give you some idea of the music!)
